Daiya Vegan Cheese

If there is a heroin for vegans who miss cheese this is it. I feel like a fucking corporate schlub plugging this but it’s delicious and deserves to be enjoyed. It melts like a dream and even stretches when you pull it apart in a grilled cheese sandwich. It doesn’t have any wheat or soy either so even if you have mad food allergies you won’t die from eating it. Hooray! It comes in “cheddar” and “Italian blend.”
